As a certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Lactation Counselor, I provide complete guidance throughout your pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding journey.  

The births of my three children led me to my passion for supporting women in childbirth and breastfeeding.  I've been fortunate to train and study with an array of amazing mentors.  I continue to educate myself through current and evidence-based course work.  A wide range of labor and delivery experiences keeps me enthused and imaginative.  

 With a long-standing relationship with area providers at regional hospitals, birth centers and the Naval Air Station, I am confident in our teamwork to provide a continuity of care. 

I whole heartedly believe in the power of women, the beauty and design of birth, and the importance of the impact this day has on the lives of mothers and babies.
